CONSERVATIVE
Leafing through the magazines,
it's plain enough for anyone to see.
I realize how conservative I've always been.
I must be more Right than Gingreich,
more a traditionalist than that slathering
fool, Buckholey, perhaps even just left
of the honorable senator from North Carolina.
Turn time back to the last century!
give me hair on pussy: blonde, red, black,
orange. I may even be a reactionary.
I fantasize peeking curls from under armpits,
the soft down creep up legs,
a thinning trail sneaking to navel.
The liberals have ruined the damn country.
Mom, apple pie, furry pussy made America!
There's only so much "slash" and "cut"
that even the most ardent Republican can take.
