Howdy Pards!

Welcome to another issue of the 13^th Warrior Review. This is the first issue of this publication I've managed to deliver on schedule. Thank you, thank you. I'm pretty pleased with myself. Who knows, might even be the beginning of a trend.

One thing I need to say is that I'm still not receiving review and non-fiction submissions. Pity, because this is a good way to break-in to 13thWR and I so hate to fill a third of the issue with my own words - makes me feel like I'm all alone in the wilderness. Understand, 13thWR is not merely a showcase for fiction and poetry - it's intended as a showcase for many genres of literature. Surely, some of you out there write reviews for other publications? Am I mistaken? Then why not send one or two my way? Truth be told, I'm not the easiest mark for poetry and fiction, but with reviews, unless it's completely illiterate, I'll probably use it, so get with the program.

Anyhow, it's a fine issue indeed with some excellent poetry and top-notch fiction.
